 is a six-week plan. You eat six times a day and don't count calories, because portion control is built into the program. ... Each meal must contain at least two of the 12 Abs Diet "Powerfoods," such as almonds, beans, spinach, instant oatmeal, eggs, peanut butter, raspberries, olive oil and whole grains.
